2. MSCO Marketplace,Mohammed Sultan Co. and/or any of their affiliates or subsidiaries shall not be liable for any damages that might be resulted from purchasing product and/or services from the participating merchants through MSCO Marketplace platform.
3. MSCO Marketplace may add, change, discontinue, remove or suspend any other content posted on this platform, including features ,specifications and prices of products or services described or depicted on the platform temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without liability.
4. MSCO Marketplace reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice.
5. MSCO Marketplace may contact you by all means including phone calls, SMS, and/or e-mails for marketing purposes.
6. The use of this platform shall be governed by the applicable laws of Jordan and any dispute arising over the use of this platform shall be resolved by the Courts of Amman
7. The user confirms his/her acceptance of these terms of use and that the user is at least 18 years old, or that the user has granted his/her minor dependents the approval to access and use MSCO Marketplace platform.
